Have you researched anything regarding saffron supplements? I've read where it can help prevent microtears in muscle and was curious if you had any information about it.

I noticed that the multi you suggested has iron and I too have stopped taking iron. Do you still recommend this and why over a B complex (maybe in addition to a simpler multi) which might have more B?
