Have you researched anything regarding saffron supplements? I've read where it can help prevent microtears in muscle and was curious if you had any information about it.

I noticed that the multi you suggested has iron and I too have stopped taking iron. Do you still recommend this and why over a B complex (maybe in addition to a simpler multi) which might have more B?

They have an almost identical one for men with no iron. I like a multi that has the all the B vitamins plus iodine, zinc and vitamin C. I'm not a big fan of large amounts of B vitamins unless it's needed for deficiency. It's easy to add on extra B12 if it's needed.
