So many women don't realize that the time to increase bone strength is in their 30s and 40s - decades before osteopenia shows up. So glad you featured this important topic!

Thanks, Maryann. More good information. I am 70 with osteopenia. I recently made exercise a priority. Each day I try to walk 45 minutes to an hour, bike 40 minutes, do Oxysize for 15 minutes and twice a week lift weights. I'm not pushing too hard, and feeling better and stronger every day. All this exercise lifts my mood. I do have some joint issues with knees and hips, but I am little by little developing the muscles around the joints.
