And now we have Covid, which infects endothelial cells.

Yep. That is a major, unfortunate outcome.

Great job pulling of of your research into a very clear and concise post. I had forgotten about NO and its roll. I had an integrative Dr tell me about this year's ago. More beets, please! Lol

Thanks so much! Yes, it's very interesting and not quite mainstream (yet).

Really appreciate the information you share! It feels clear, grounded, and helpful in a space that can feel full of confusion and conflicting advice.

Am curious about how necessary HRT is for longevity, given that plenty of women in prior generations lived into their late 90s without it. Is modern life so much harder on health that aging well now may require interventions that weren’t as necessary before?

Thanks again ♥️

Thanks Cherry! Although many claim this to be true, there just isn't enough evidence to say HRT is needed for longevity. The exception is women who go through menopause early where HRT is recommended until the natural age of menopause which is 51. I do believe many factors in our modern lives can make menopause harder. We definitely need not just more, but better research to help us find answers. My personal theory is by helping to balance the One Health Priniciple --with or without hormone therapy- women can lead healthy and long lives.
