More about the Midlife Strong Newsletter
Early in the week you’ll get my newsletter straight to your inbox.
Once a month, I’ll roundup the latest midlife news, important new studies, a relevant book or product, and provide general updates.
More about me
I’ve spent the last 15 years researching and writing about developmental stages and how they relate to nutrition and lifestyle. For 10 of those years, I focused on child and adolescent nutrition, authored six books, and hosted the Healthy Family Podcast.
For the past 5 years, I have been exclusively focused on midlife and I continue to do so. I also give talks, spreading the word about optimizing nutrition and health at midlife. An area that, in my opinion, lacks representation and research.
I hope you’ll stick around!
